Here are my policies:
I have a two week money back gaurantee: send back your item in the condition you recieved it in, along with a copy of your invoice and I will happily refund your money in full no questions asked. I like to think I am a fair person so please contact me if you need to do so and we will politely work something out.
I ship within 4 days of your order. If your choice is in stock. I realize this may seem long but handmade quality often does take a bit longer. Also, I may not have your colors stock and on occasion, have to custom make an order . This takes time! If this is the case I will do my best to notify you and you can decide if you are willing to wait.
This is one of the online worlds selling necessities and is dictated by the Postal Service. In other words, I don't make the rules. Shipping is based on weight and size of shipping box used (I know, really. Honestly, I wish it to be different.) With that said, my desire, is to get your package to you, the best and cheapest way possible. I may amend your payment total, to your advantage, when it is possible, an notify you via email if there are any changes in the charge. It will also be reflected in your receipt.
